Welcome! We are honored to introduce the practice of yoga to you. Whether you're looking to increase strength and flexibility, find relief from stress and anxiety, increase focus and mental clarity, or improve sports performance, the practice of yoga can assist you.
We suggest you try a Yoga Basics or Gentle Yoga as your first class. You can sign up online or in the studio. We are a fully equipped studio with everything you need for your practice. If you have a yoga mat, great! If not, feel free to use one of ours. We do not charge rental fees for the use of mats, towels, etc. It is our intention to make your introduction to yoga as simple as possible.
